Who We Are

Cookโ€™n with Class opened its doors in 2007 by the French chef, Eric Fraudeau.ย 

After many years of working abroad in Mexico, Canada, & the United States as an executive chef of high-end international hotels, our head chef-instructor, and your culinary guide, Chef Eric Fraudeau returned to his native France. with a purpose to share his many years of expertise with fellow food lovers from around the world.ย  He strongly believes that to truly understand a culture, you need to know its food.ย 

This is what Cookโ€™n with Class has become for him, a way to share his passion with the world where he and his team of expert chefs teach a full French cuisine culinary experience where students donโ€™t only eat but they learn how to cook delicious French recipes that are taken home.ย 

The classes offered at Cookโ€™n With Class include French bread baking, macaron, sauce making, & croissant baking classes amongst others, and is always taught to small groups to ensure that everyone can get their hands into the recipes and meals prepared. You will learn new techniques with our chefs, build on your culinary skills and partake in tastings, and meet like-minded travelers and food & wine enthusiasts.ย 

The school offers its hands-on cooking lessons in English with the possibility of organizing team-building activities, and private lessons in French & English.ย 

Classes are open to cooks and food lovers of all levels with special classes for our younger cooks & bakers starting from age 6. Family classes are also available and will give you a unique Parisian experience.ย 

You can be sure of one thing at Cookโ€™n With Class, you will live to the fullest a French cuisine culinary experience with generosity, fun & conviviality.

You will soak up their abundant knowledge as they entertain & educate you about French cooking. Whether it’s sourcing fresh and seasonal ingredients at the French marketย forย theย French Market cooking class or bakingย up flaky, buttery croissants in the other classes, you will learn a variety of recipes that you can recreate at home toย share with your family and friends.

We also offer private lessons for those wishing to take their cooking to the next level as well as possibilities for groups for events or special occasions.

All of our cooking classes in Paris also include a traditional apรฉritif to appreciate true French hospitality!

Generosity has always been a key principle at Cook’n with Class and we continue to share our passion with you through extended culinary experiences both in person and online with Let’s Eat The World – culinary adventures for travel lovers.

Chef Eric Fraudeau, is the owner & creator of our school. With over 40 years of culinary expertise and a passion for sharing his knowledge of French food & wine, he created a cozy setting where food & wine lovers could come together for a convivial learning experience.

Marketing

Yetunde Oshodi-Fraudeau heads Sales & Marketing at Cook'n With Class. Food, travel, and photography (and her son), are her passions. You're sure to enjoy her posts and photos shared with you throughout the site and in our newsletters.

Valerie Kloub

Operations

Meet our Director of Operations. Valerie, who hails from Jordan, joins the Cookโ€™n With Class bringing with her over 12 years of experience in Operations, Office Management, and Human Resources on the international stage.

Jessica is our new Marketing and Operations Assistant. She loves learning about different cultures, from traditions and festivals to mannerisms and of course FOOD! Find her poised and ready to receive you at the school to answer your queries.

Chef Sarah Tyler has an adventurer's spirit. That spirit brought her to Paris where she fell in love with the world of French pastry. She brings over 10 years of pastry experience to the team.

Born and raised in Paris and having passed part of his childhood in the french gastronomy capital - Lyon, Chef Antonin, dreamed of pursuing a career in the culinary arts.
