Cook’n With Class Presents: Let’s Eat The World

Culinary Vacations in France

Our trusted, Chef‑Curated Culinary Vacations in France & Spain

Since 2007, you’ve rolled croissants, whisked sauces, and sipped Champagne with Cook’n With Class Paris. If the warm welcome, thoughtful décor, and seamless hospitality have ever felt extra‑special, you’re already familiar with their architect. Yetunde Oshodi‑FraudeauCook’n With Class creator, Eric’s wife, long‑time business partner, is the creative mind who helped shape the CWC experience you love.

In 2015, Cook’n With Class headed south to Uzès, where Chef Eric once again led market tours, pastry classes, and Provençal cooking sessions. The success of those first Week in Uzès holidays (formalized as 8‑day programs in 2016) sparked Yetunde’s dream of sharing culinary culture beyond France. In 2020, she officially unveiled Let’s Eat The World (LETW)—a brand Forbes would later praise for “transforming your travel experience.”

Two separate companies, one shared mission: connecting curious travelers to culture through cooking.

  • Chef Eric Fraudeau now serves as culinary advisor to LETW, vetting chefs, fine‑tuning recipes, and occasionally joining research trips so every tour carries the chef‑approved DNA you expect from CWC.

  • LETW’s home base in Seville means you can even request private tapas or market tours on demand (email reservations@letseattheworld.com).

Why the partnership matters: For nearly two decades, Cook’n With Class has proven that the quickest path to understanding a place is through its kitchen. Markets, meals, and shared tables have always been your backstage pass to French culture. Let’s Eat The World simply widens that lens—inviting you to keep exploring new cultures, one regional recipe and one heartfelt story at a time.
