We’ll cover the basics of chocolate making in this 4-hour class including tempering and molding. This class is open to adults only.

With the help of a professional chef, you will learn the fundamental techniques of Tempering and Molding in order to create 2-3 chocolate treats!
Examples of what you might do in class (please note that this may vary):
1 Chocolate Sculpture
1 set of Classic Chocolates with filling
1 set of Chocolate Truffles.
At the end of the class you will bring home your boutique-quality creations you have prepared.
We will be using top quality Valrhona Chocolate made from the purest cocoa beans. All the necessary equipment will be provided during the class so you too can master the art of chocolate making.
