Using easy to find ingredients and classical French techniques, we’ll whip up four desserts and as a special bonus one savory recipe so we don’t feel too guilty. We’ll be exploring different methods to make creamy and mousse-like textures, doughs and other elements to up your baking game and reproduce with confidence back at home. The course will also cover various types of egg replacements, one of the most challenging aspects of vegan baking. Think Aquafaba and more.
