An Event not to be missed – Quatre Mains – Chef’s Table – Food & Wine Pairing in Paris
On September 26, 2017, Chef Eric Fraudeau, owner/creator of Cook’n With Class – French cooking school in Paris & Uzès, will be joined by chef Geoffroy Maillard, Michelin-starred chef/owner of La Table d’Eugène, for a special Chef’s Table. In honor of Cook’n With Class’s 10th anniversary celebration, these two seasoned chefs will join their creative talents to bring us a special 5-plate tasting menu based on what is fresh and in season. As always in our Chef’s Table- Food & Wine Pairing class, each plate will be expertly paired by our sommelier, with 5 wines. This will be an intimate evening where 8 guests will get to enter the kitchens of two great chefs.
This “4-mains” (4 hands), Chef’s Table will start off with our two chefs shopping together for the fresh seasonal products they will use to compose the surprise menu. Their collective experiences, from the restaurant kitchens of The Ritz, Four Seasons, Le Bristol & the Plazza Athénée will make this a not to be missed event. Guests will arrive directly at the school to participate in thie unique evening of food & wine.
You will sit at the chefs’ table while they work their magic preparing small tasting plates paired with wines. This is neither the cuisine of Chef Eric nor the cuisine of Chef Geoffroy but a collaborative culinary creation of two great chefs.
