Introducing our two newest Cook’n with Class Chefs!
Manon and Pierre-Antoine!
They say that good help is hard to find, no truer words could have been spoken about recruitment in the world of culinary arts. But we’ve been blessed here at Cook’n with Class. Over the past 11 years, the school has seen a number of very loyal, devoted, inspiring chef-instructors come through its doors. Our pastry chefs & culinary chefs have come from all backgrounds and while not all were French, all had a common passion, an incredible love for French cuisine and a true desire to want to share it with their adoring fans . . . I mean students. ?.
We’ve had to say goodbye to some of our best-loved cooks but while their personalities could never be replaced, we are happy to say that we’ve managed, once again, to attract some talented people for you. We’re all here to get you loving and continue perfecting your adoration for French culinary arts one recipe at a time.
Two new team members have joined us this Fall to bring you something fresh and tasty from the markets and in desserts. So without further ado, I present you, Chefs Manon & Pierre-Antoine.

He studied pastry arts for 3 years and has worked in many fine bakeries throughout France. For him, teaching French desserts & Pastry classes seemed like the next logical step in living his passion.
