Manon was born in France. She lived in Atlanta at a young age and moved to Montreal, Canada to pursue undergraduate studies. After obtaining a bachelor in Political Science and history, she realized that she missed the French food culture. She decided to return to France to study cooking, in Bordeaux. After obtaining her diploma from Ferrandi Bordeaux, she worked in some of Paris’ most prestigious restaurants, becoming a chef de partie in a 3 Michelin star restaurant.
She loves to share her knowledge and exchange with Paris foodie lovers about cooking in general, so she decided to join the Cook’n with Class team in Autumn 2018.
