Pierre-Antoine has had a passion for pastry making from a very young age. Inspired by his grandfather who owned his own bakery at Saint-Sulpice in Paris for 40 years, he found his passion as early as 3 years old. After studying pastry in Paris for 3 years, Pierre-Antoine has worked in bakeries throughout France. He also spent some time working in restaurants in Aveyron, which were renowned for their traditional French delicacies specific to the region. After 10+ years in the business, Pierre-Antoine has decided to try his hand at teaching others the art of making good food!
