Cook’n With Class Paris Affiliate Program Terms of Service
1) Agreement & Scope
These Terms govern your participation in the Cook’n With Class Paris affiliate program (the “Program”). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the latest version.
2) Eligibility & How to Apply
- You must be 18+ and pre‑approved by Cook’n With Class Paris.
- To apply, email us at marketing [at] cooknwithclass.com with your media kit or website and audience details.
- If approved, we will connect you with FareHarbor to generate tracking links and (if applicable) widgets.
3) Set‑Up & Tracking (via FareHarbor)
- Approved partners receive unique FH affiliate links for classes and/or the booking calendar.
- All referral tracking and reporting are handled in the FH affiliate dashboard, which you can access to monitor bookings and attributed revenue.
- Credit is assigned to bookings made through your FH affiliate link. We do not make additional cookie/attribution claims beyond FH’s standard tracking.
4) Commission, Invoicing & Payment
- Commission rate disclosure: The commission rate is not published on the site and will be confirmed in your Affiliate Welcome Email. (Current standard offer: disclosed privately upon approval.)
- Currency: EUR unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- When commission accrues: on confirmed bookings recorded by FareHarbor via your affiliate link.
- Refunds/changes (“clawbacks”): If a referred booking is later cancelled and refunded, chargebacked, or marked fraudulent, any related commission will be reversed or deducted from current or future payments.
- Invoicing cadence: Monthly or quarterly, by calendar month. Please send an invoice after month‑end for all confirmed bookings in that period.
- Minimum payout: €50 per invoice period. Amounts below €50 roll forward to the next period.
- Payment terms: Bank transfer; Net‑30 from receipt of a correct invoice and validated FH report (i.e., payment within 30 days of receipt; we may pay earlier). Alternative methods may be agreed in writing.** Alternative methods may be agreed in writing.
5) Content & Brand Use
- You may use the links and brand assets we provide. Do not alter logos or misstate our offerings.
- Claims must be accurate, up‑to‑date, and consistent with our website.
- You may not advertise classes at any rate other than the price displayed on our site, nor imply unapproved discounts or inclusions.
- You may not imply employment, partnership, or agency.
6) Promotional Standards (What’s Not Allowed)
Unless we approve in writing, you may not:
- Purchase ads that bid on our brand names or close misspellings (e.g., “Cook’n With Class,” “Cooknwithclass,” “Let’s Eat The World”), or otherwise present your ads as if they are from us.
- Use coupon/discount sites, browser extensions, or forced‑click/auto‑redirect techniques.
- Spam (email, comments, DMs) or send unsolicited commercial communications.
- Mislead users, make unsupported claims, use false scarcity, or misrepresent pricing.
- Self‑refer (earn commission on your own or your employees’/household bookings).
7) Legal Disclosures & Compliance
- You must comply with applicable disclosure laws (e.g., FTC endorsement guidelines for U.S. audiences) and local advertising rules in your market.
- If you collect personal data, you must provide a compliant privacy notice and obtain any legally required consents.
8) Data Protection
- We process limited personal data needed to run the Program and reconcile commissions (e.g., affiliate contact details and FH reporting). We are a controller of this data under GDPR and will process it in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You must comply with applicable data‑protection laws when using Program data.
9) Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate at any time by written notice.
- We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, suspected fraud, or activities that may harm our reputation.
- On termination, stop using our links and remove our brand assets. We will pay valid, undisputed commissions earned up to termination (subject to adjustments in §4).
10) Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the total commissions paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Governing Law & Venue
- These Terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
12) Changes to the Program
- We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. We will honor valid commissions earned prior to any change, subject to §4 adjustments.
