Come and join our Cheese and Wine Class – a great opportunity to experience the French terroir – the flavor of the earth and the culture of the land. During this 2-hour class, you’ll sample some of the finest cheeses, learn the techniques and language of cheese tasting, the secrets of affinage and the concept of terroir, all essential parts of French food culture. While our trained sommelier fills your glasses with great wines, he will be explaining how to taste them and choose the ideal wines to complement each cheese type.
