Sarah Tyler has always had an adventurous spirit. After living in France as a child, she hoped to return when she was older. At 21, she took a huge leap and moved alone to Paris. It was there she found her calling, French pastry. She studied at the Ecole Ferrandi and worked for nearly 10 years in one of Paris’ well-known department stores, in La Grande Epicerie of Le Bon Marché. This intrepid adventurer took off on a once-in-a-lifetime journey by bike from Paris to South Africa! Not for the faint of heart! Bravo Sarah! She later returned to Ethiopia to help train the staff of a new café to bake their own croissants and pastries. Her current adventures lie once again in the delicious world of French pastry at Cook’n With Class.
