Jessica is our new Marketing and Operations Assistant. She loves learning about different cultures, from traditions and festivals to mannerisms and of course FOOD!
With a background in Psychology and Economics, she likes to know what makes people tick and how to help them make great decisions. After studying in Edinburgh, Scotland, she jumped into the homes of various countries from Romania and Sri Lanka to Spain and France. Learning about the cooking and lifestyle of each culture at every step of the way.
She has spent the last five years in France exploring the Parisian way and is here to stay because while British food has its charm, there’s nothing quite like French cuisine.
She’s located at our school in Paris and will likely be there to greet you on arrival and help out with anything you may need, from tips for your stay in the city to booking your next class.
