Valerie, who hails from Jordan, joins the Cook’n With Class bringing with her over 12 years of experience in Operations, Office Management, and Human Resources on the international stage.

This no-nonsense woman with her adventurous spirit and generous heart worked as an operations humanitarian aid worker for 7 years in Iraq. More than enough spunk to (wo)man the Cook’n With Class crew as our Operations Manager!

Valerie is a passionate cook who enjoys trying different dishes from varied cuisines. She fell in love with French cuisine and the variety of colorful dishes and phenomenal pastries that Paris has to offer.

As she loves meeting new people and making new friends, she’ll be there ready to greet you with a smile and welcome you to Paris & Cook’n With Class.
