Join a Christmas baking class in Paris with our pastry chef to learn how to make your own traditional French Yule log. We’ll guide you through a traditional and contemporary interpretation of this French Christmas tradition.

You do not need to be an expert baker, just  a passionate foodie and come and enjoy a hands-on French cooking experience in Paris in English.

What we’ll be baking:

  • A traditional raspberry vanilla rolled yule log
  • A Modern molded chocolate yule log with tangerine and holiday spices

Nothing says Christmas like the traditional French Christmas log. You will spot them in every pastry shop window throughout France. We share with you this tradition with a light and modern twist. Learn how to create your own delicious Bûche de Noël to share with your family over the holidays.

In this class, you will learn a modern version of the Bûche de Noël with a cake base, mousse, and elegant decorations. We will also teach you the traditional yule log so you can decide which you prefer to make at home!  All of the material will be provided and you will leave with your very own Bûche de Noël to take home.
