Fried Camembert, Fig and Ham
Ingredients
- 1 Camembert
- 2 Eggs
- 100 Grams Flour 3.5 oz
- 100 Grams Bread Crumbs 3.5 oz
- 6 Figs
- 3 Thin Slices Ham
Instructions
- At least one hour before serving (can be the day before).
- Cut the camembert into 12 cubes.
- Pass it into the flour, then in the eggs, then into the bread crumb.
- Reserve in the fridge until you have to fry them.
- Cut the figs in quarters.
