COOK’N WITH CLASS PARIS wants you and a guest to enjoy a grand prize wining trip to Paris, France in 2018, which includes: airfare (up to 1000€ each to cover your travel expenses), seven nights stay at a boutique hotel in Paris, transportation to and from the airport, and an itinerary to ensure that you will truly enjoy your Paris experience with Cook’n with Class and our partners.
COOK’N WITH CLASS PARIS will hold 4 official prize-winning contests. Entry into the first three contests will each have its own prize and will give you 3 entries into the grand prize drawing – Win a Trip for 2 to Paris.

ADDITIONAL GIVEAWAY PRIZES:
Each of our contests will include an individual prize winner. One (1) person will be selected for each contest in a random drawing to win various prizes including cooking classes in Paris as well as other prizes from our partners. All the winners of our contests including the grand prize winner will be announced on Monday September 25, 2017. The first name and last initial of the winner will be published on our social media channels & website and an email will be sent to each winner.

Enter now, Monday, August 28, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. CET through Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. CET. Our prize winners for the “10 Differences”, “Picture Perfect Recipes” & “Cook’n with Class Pop Quiz” will be selected and notified on Monday, September 25, 2017 & our Grand Prize winner will be selected and notified on Thursday, September 28, 2017. The winners will be selected through a third party application. The winners will be notified by email directly and the winning first name, last initial, and location of where you’re from will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram! Travel to Paris, France must occur between February 1st 2018 through May 31st 2018.
OFFICIAL RULES OF THE COOK’N WITH CLASS PARIS SWEEPSTAKES:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER / TIMING: August 28, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. CET through Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. CET. (“contest entry period”), go to the visit https://cooknwithclass.com/win-trip-to-paris/, and select at least one (1) of our three (3) contests for your chance. You will then be automatically entered into the Cook’n in Paris Sweepstakes. Entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. CET on September 24 2017.
While you do not need to participate in all our contests to qualify for the grand prize giveaway, each entry into one of the individual prize-winning contests will give you an additional entry into the GRAND PRIZE drawing.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to all English speaking individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cook’n With Class Paris & Uzès, affiliates, advertising & promotional partners, or other agencies associated with Cook’n With Class and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
RANDOM DRAWING: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received and all decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning a particular prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Competition.
The Grand Prize Winner and the individual giveaway Contest Winners will be notified of their prize by e-mail within 10 working days of the closing date of the competition period. In the event that e-mails are not responded to or returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send said e-mail up to five (5) times over fourteen (14) days. If Grand Prize Winner does not respond to said email within fourteen (14) days of its transmission or should the e-mail after five (5) attempts be returned as undeliverable, his or her rights to any prize will be forfeited and the runner-up will be selected. Cook’n With Class reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of alternate winners, if any.
GRAND PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded following the conclusion of the Contest Entry Period. The Grand Prize Winner, upon verification of eligibility, will receive the following:
Roundtrip Airfare for two (up to 1000€/person to cover travel expenses)
Airport Shuttle for two (coming into Paris and leaving Paris)
7 Nights Stay at Hotel L’Observatoire
Itinerary including, 3 French cooking lessons at Cook’n With Class Paris, Guided Tour by Sight Seeker’s Delight, Paris hair makeover by stylist Nicole Pembrook, Dinner at Michelin Star restaurant, La Table d’Eugène, Customized Cook’n With Class Aprons
The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of €4,630.
The airfare must be booked by January 15, 2018 with the stay and all prizes fully redeemed by 11:59:59 p.m CET on May 31 2017.
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, goods or services and cannot be exchanged, substituted or combined with any other special offer or promotion. Booking will be made on a space available basis. Any difference between the ARV of the prize and the actual value of such prize will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Dates of stay are based upon availability and at the Sponsor’s discretion. Cook’n With Class reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize of equal or greater value if the prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with the use of the prize and the costs of all incidentals not specifically described in the Grand Prize including but not limited to flights, departure fees and taxes, food, incidentals, optional excursions, passports, visas, insurance and any other add-ons that are not included.
In addition to our Grand Prize, we will have 3 contest prize drawings for which one (1) winner will be selected for each contest. All entrants into our individual giveaways will be eligible to enter into the Grand Prize drawing with the winners of each contest obtaining an extra point for their win. Number of entries into the Grand Prize drawing depends on the number of your valid and correct entries into our individual giveaways.

Any additional travel fees, meals, souvenirs, additional accommodations, etc. not specifically indicated in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.
PHOTOS/PROMOTIONS/SOCIAL MEDIA: As the winner of our Grand Prize drawing, we ask that you and your travel companion document your trip to Paris on social media tagging Cook’n With Class on Facbeook, Twitter and Instagram #CooknWithClass. The winner also agrees that Cook’n With Class use any video or photos in its promotional material during the prize redemption period or for future marketing campaigns.
GENERAL: Winner must provide a complete and valid mailing address, email and phone number by email within 48 hours after being notified to qualify to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. Airfare, reservation for accommodation, airport shuttle and tours must be redeemed before January 15 2018. NO EXCEPTIONS. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants and winners release and agree to hold harmless, Cook’n With Class, its partners, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Passports are required to travel internationally. All government rules must apply.
