Master the art of croissant baking in Paris with the expert instruction of your English-speaking chef instructor. We’ll take you through each step so you can feel comfortable with the technics needed to make perfect croissants.
Please note for obvious time constraints some of the dough will be made in advance as it needs to rest overnight, however you will be taken through each step of preparation during the class and will receive a complete booklet of instructions to guide you at home.
