In reality, you need a few days to make the perfect croissant, and while we already provided a shortened method never skipping out on all the intricate steps, we know that you busy Paris visitors have places to be and towers to climb, so we went that extra step to condense our condensed class even more.

In this 2-hour version of our class, you will learn to make 2 recipes: flaky croissants and pain au chocolat. Don’t panic, you’ll still get all the steps: from preparing dough, the rolling, forming, finishing, and baking! Our full croissant class will have you producing several more preparations based on the croissant dough such as Classic Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Pain aux Raisins, Kouign Amann, Escargot au Pistache, but you have no time for that ⏰; the clock is ticking.

A quick and tasty croissant baking course in Paris is perfect for those who want to treat themselves to a taste of the quintessential French pastries. You’ll not only leave with a bag of freshly baked treats, but you’ll also have the knowledge and skills to bring a taste of Paris home with you.

Note: For obvious time constraints some of the dough will be made in advance as it needs to rest overnight, however, you will be taken through each step of preparation during the class and will receive a complete booklet of instructions to guide you at home. Waste control is very important to us and small quantities are equally difficult to work with so this will be a team effort but you will get your hands in the mix along with the other participants. And you will still have plenty of goodies to take home!
