A 4-hour decadent French pâtisserie class dedicated to the vivacious personality of Marie Antoinette – lover of partying, gambling, and self-indulgence. You’ll prepare 5 sweet treats with the assistance of your pastry chef to be enjoyed with Marie’s favorite liquid libation – une coupe de champagne. The class includes a 20-minute tea break, champagne, period wigs, and a fun group photo for a wonderful souvenir.
Come with friends or come make new friends in this over-the-top taste of French pâtisserie. Of course, you’ll learn some pro tips and skills in between the giggles and sugar as well. 😉 The class ends with a customary degustation of your preparations. Whatever you don’t finish in class will be packed for you to take home.
