Our Express Classes include:

• Express Macaron Class – 2 classic flavors of macarons and the essential Italian meringue technique, used by pastry chefs throughout Paris. And what’s more, this class is 100% gluten-free!
• Express Croissant Class – You’ll learn all the steps you need to perfect your croissant baking in a reduced class preparing two of our croissant dough recipes, croissant and pain au chocolat. When you just can’t resist those flaky, buttery, delectable croissants but are short on time, our 2-hour express croissant class is just the ticket you need to successful baking in Paris.
  • PS Parents, don’t leave your kids out of the fun, we have a kids’ chocolate class that runs on the same dates and starts at the same time (for 2 hours) as the express croissant class. They’ll become little chocolatiers while you’re learning the essential French breakfast pastries.
