2017 marked the 10th year since chef Eric Fraudeau opened French cooking school, Cook ‘n With Class. Since then, we’ve had thousands of students come through and a number of great chefs and staff members who made having this small business worth having.
While our real anniversary is in July, we decided to kick off festivities from late August with our Cook’n in Paris Sweepstakes where over 10, 000 entrants had a chance to participate in 3 prize-winning contests to be entered into our grand prize drawing to win a trip to Paris for two!
On September 28th we invited, journalists, friends, former chefs, students and Cook’n with Class fans, to join us in celebration – over food and wine – but of course. What a crowd! The event was a hit and I think everyone enjoyed themselves in our ateliers “Retour du Marchรฉ” & “Choux & Macaron“. The evening also had its own competitionย – a random drawing to win 10 prizes (with one added for good luck), from souvenir shopping bags, to win & classes in both Paris and Rome.
