In this class, we use the Italian Meringue, a more stable method for making delectable macarons used by most pastry chefs in Paris.
Thanks to an Italian baker (who made pastries for Catherine de Medicis), this yummy cookie recipe was brought from Italy to France. But it’s the French who made it into the tasty treat it is today, perfect for any celebration.
What makes this express class different from our regular 3-hour Macaron Baking Class in Paris? In our Express class, you will be preparing 2 flavors of macarons instead of the full 4 flavors our traditional class offers. More flavors means more practice time but we know you have places to be. Don’t worry, after this express macaron class, you’ll feel comfortable recreating your macarons at home and bringing a taste of Paris to your kitchen.

For the kids joining this class, the youngest age we can accept in this class is twelve years old, and there a limited number of spots available for each class.
If your child is younger than 12, they might enjoy either our Macaron en Famille Class for children ages 9 – 15 years, or our Kids’ Chocolate Class for ages 6 – 16 years.
To ensure an immersive experience for all participants, we limit our class sizes. Consequently, our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate everyone’s interests while considering the impact of blocked seats. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation 45 days or more prior to the class:
A refund of the fee is available, with a deduction of 50 euros per person booked as a cancellation fee.
We are delighted to assist you in rescheduling your class based on availability. Please note that rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing and depend on the availability of our schedule.
Cancellation 45 days or less prior to the class:
The fee is non-refundable, however, you have the flexibility to reschedule your class or transfer your booking to another person within 6 months from the original class date. Rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing and depend on the availability of our schedule. If no rescheduling or transfer occurs during this 6-month period, the credit will be canceled.
Cancellation Less than 72 hours before the class or after the date of the class:
The fee is non-refundable, and rescheduling is not permitted.
Prepaid packages:
Purchased prepaid packages are non-refundable. You may transfer any unused portion of your package to another party within the validity period. Please note that transferred packages are subject to availability, and rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing.

Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your class up until 72 hours before the class date. In order to do this please send us an email.
