Jacey’s Paris Hidden Gems – A Parisian Adventure

I am Jacey and this summer I had the great privilege of being an office/marketing intern with Cookโ€™n With Class. This was such an unforgettable experience! Throughout my time in Paris, I indulged in many unique activities and experiences, so before my Parisian adventure comes, I want to share with you a few Paris hidden gems I gathered!

As someone who has studied abroad in London and Paris, these are essential tips and tricks to read before your trip.

Paris Travel Tips: Your Essential Guide

– Bring a sweater and jacket, no matter how hot your phone says it will be (thank me later).

– Pack a good portable charger that can charge your phone multiple times.

– Get a phone strap to avoid any stress about having your phone stolen.

– Have a clear photo of your passport. Many stores accept a photo for tax back, and if not, you can go back with your physical passport and the receipt another dayโ€”lowering the chances, and stress, of it being stolen or lost.

– Many restaurants only list a few tables for Reservations in Paris as it isnโ€™t super popular. So don’t fear if it says they are fully booked online as they mainly cater to walk-ins, you’ll likely be able to snag a spot!

– If you plan on shopping, bring an extra tote bag to carry your new goodies and avoid the hassle of a ripped shopping bag.

– Bathrooms are not free, so make sure to use the bathroom at large department stores, before leaving your hotel, or at the restaurant/cafe you’re dining at.

– Change your currency at a bank at home before your trip to avoid high exchange fees.

When visiting Paris, enjoy your trip with some of my favorite unique finds from my time in Paris.
