Merci Monsieur Paul – Paul Bocuse, Legendary French Chef dies at age 91

It was with a heavy heart that we learned this weekend that Chef Paul Bocuse, one of France’s most renowned chefs, passed away at the age of 91. A 3-Michelin starred chef for over 52 years, his mark on French cuisine will not soon be forgotten. It was with great pleasure that we had the opportunity to meet him and dine in his restaurant (and in Eric’s case), have him enjoy our cuisine. Merci Monsieur Paul!
