Come learn how to master chocolate confections in Paris during the seasons of chocolate! If you’re in Paris for the lead-up to Valentine’s Day or Easter then you should join us for a chocolate-making class! This chocolate-making workshop has been specially developed in our Paris school to dive into the world of this fascinating food!
You will learn the essential techniques of how to temper chocolate, how to use chocolate molds and transfer sheets, and how to make a ganache. In the class, you will use these techniques alongside a professional Chef to create top-quality chocolates by hand.
You will enjoy a true Paris chocolate-tasting experience and bring home your creations that you don’t try in class!
We will be using top-quality Valrhona Chocolate and all the equipment will be provided.

For the kids joining this class, the youngest age we can accept in this class is twelve years old, and there a limited number of spots available for each class.
If your child is younger than 12, they might enjoy either our Kids’ Chocolate Class for children ages 6 – 12 years, or our Macaron en Famille Class for ages 6 – 16 years.
To ensure an immersive experience for all participants, we limit our class sizes. Consequently, our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate everyone’s interests while considering the impact of blocked seats. Please review the following guidelines:
Cancellation 45 days or more prior to the class:
A refund of the fee is available, with a deduction of 50 euros per person booked as a cancellation fee.
We are delighted to assist you in rescheduling your class based on availability. Please note that rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing and depend on the availability of our schedule.
Cancellation 45 days or less prior to the class:
The fee is non-refundable, however, you have the flexibility to reschedule your class or transfer your booking to another person within 6 months from the original class date. Rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing and depend on the availability of our schedule. If no rescheduling or transfer occurs during this 6-month period, the credit will be canceled.
Cancellation Less than 72 hours before the class or after the date of the class:
The fee is non-refundable, and rescheduling is not permitted.
Prepaid packages:
Purchased prepaid packages are non-refundable. You may transfer any unused portion of your package to another party within the validity period. Please note that transferred packages are subject to availability, and rescheduled dates may be subject to changes in pricing.

I am interested in doing a chocolate making class in September. Do you have any classes between the 14th and 16th .
I will be over there from Australia for those two days adn would love to do a class.

We would love to have you join us for a Chocolate Class! Unfortunately, our cooking school is closed on Sundays and Mondays (14th & 15th September), and the chocolate class is not currently scheduled for Tuesday, 16th September.
The Chocolate Class is currently offered in February for Valentine’s Day Chocolates and in April for Easter Chocolates. However, it is possible to book a private chocolate class with us! Private classes are for 1 – 8 participants, and a Private Chocolate Class would have a duration of 4 hours at €1387. You can send us your request and read more about private classes here
