Exceptional Terraces in Paris

Itโ€™s official June is here and the days are longer so we can now linger on terraces in Paris during the soft summer evenings. Although it may be one of the wettest months of the year in Paris, we can still grab our sunglasses, pick a spot, and stride over to the terrace.

People-watching is an art form in Paris and the terrace is its playground. The art of sitting on the terrace just means yes we are outside, we are part of the city and mingling with the locals. Overhearing conversations we shouldnโ€™t, putting ice in our rosรฉ, and acting sophisticated.

The List of Terraces

But not just any terrace we have hand-picked some select addresses for you to discover and that we had the laborsome job of testing out.

We started the search in the 18th district close to the school in the hills of Montmartre, which already has a natural predisposition for a terrace with a view. Then we moved towards some addresses on the left bank where you can soak up the historic landmarks and still have a glass of wine.
